What’s something you would attempt if you were guaranteed not to fail.

I learnt how to cook, African style, without recipes. You just learn the measurements by looking and doing.

And after from eating what you cooked and the feedback you get from others who consumed what you cooked. You adjust accordingly.

So, I never really think of finding a written recipe to guide me in my adventures towards preparing new cuisines.
