They are a traditional and important source of protein, rich in nutrients like fat and iron, and are consumed in various ways, including fried, boiled, or dried, often with sauces and spices.” AI Overview

Mopane worms are just one example of foods eaten by others in African that I have never tried to eat, and I think I would be willing to try. Specifically, if I were a guest in another’s home and my hosts presents them to me. I think I would be will to try them for sure. First, out of good manners, but also for curiosity.

I mean if I am able to eat ikong (white ants), a delicacy in Iteso cuisine, I think I should be able to crunch Mopane worms. Iteso are the fourth largest first nation of Uganda.

Yes, I am generally willing to try food items not only of foods eaten by other African peoples, but also of others from around the world.
