What movies or TV series have you watched more than 5 times?
I am in love with movies based in earlier centuries and how people of different classes in United Kingdom, Europe and America lived.
Sometimes am not too sure that the more life changes the more it remains the same😊
I mean, it is women’s month and I wonder if the status for modern day women is still pretty much the same as in:
- Sound of Music, which remains my all time favorite. It never gets old for me.
- Bridgerton, especially the first season – oh my… The Duke!
- Downtown Abbey. Love the humor.
- Sense and sensibility
- Pride and prejudice
- Mind your language, hilarious still.
- Yes Minister, the superficiality of the power of politicians, amuses me to no end.
- Victoria, an insight into the luck of freedoms royals have in all the grandeur fascinates me.
- Sanditon, I liked how it enlightened me on another angle of the slave trade and sugar.
- Poldark, interesting age old dynamics of class struggles, politics, economy.
