What’s something most people don’t understand?
That we rarely have all the facts about anyone particular issue or person’s intentions and actions.
If we understood and accepted this reality it would do us good, especially our mental health.
One of the ways that I am trying to better navigate this reality is to slow down my reaction speed.
When I am lucky and I suspect that I am spiralling into a negativity vortex, especially, I try my best to put the breaks on my reaction.
When I succeed it gives me great joy🌻
Even the more joy when I constructively refocus my energies to positive endeavors that bring me joy🌹
What a thrill it is for me to deny my tormenters my time and other resources, when I overcome and don’t take the bait💃
This morning is one of those I wake rejuvenated, and inspired to do good; after days battling temptation to go low.
I am rejoicing that I was able to reach the decision to let it go and to go high.
Of course, with maximum assurance that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is on top of things on my complaints.
I am glad I took the decision to make a physical visit to the ODPP yesterday. The staff at the registry gave me some more facts about the process.
Which assured me, there is nothing abnormal about the time the handling of my complaint by the ODPP is taking. It is being handled.
And my legal team, Okalang Law Chambers, have my best interests.
Allowing me to redirect my thoughts and actions to my joy✌️
