According to East News, ‘General Isa’, a conman who has been masquerading as a Uganda People’s Defense Forces (UPDF) General and scamming foreign investors has been arrested.
If it is true he is such a conman, there will be many ordinary Ugandans who are happy he has been put out of commission. The plethora of those making a killing via conman profession is at epidemic proportions (pans intended).
There is one, first name Ibrahim and other name Rw….na with phone number +256701….10 who masquerades as a Personal Assistant of a fake presidential advisor, informed sources have since confirmed doesn’t exist.
And the fake presidential advisor conman Ibrahim claims to work under, purports to be a Major in the UPDF, by the names of Ka…de. Under the deployment of a male relative conman Ibrahim came on a land grabbing mission.
Accompanied by three women relatives conman Ibrahim spewed threats, while invoking the name of President Museveni. I am privy to the full recording of his criminality. I am quite happy to cooperate with security forces so the entire gang of bafere, including my relatives, if need be, are caught and held to account.
