What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
My former boss, turned into mentor and now rested, advised me never to write while angry.
Find some peace first and when you are calm and less angry write he advised.
This advice especially applies to such things as resignation letters, for example.
If you wait until you are no longer angry you could even make changes to your plan to resign – time it better or abandon it all together.
If you do decide to go ahead with it, writing when you are less angry has the benefit of enhancing your choice of words.
Allowing you to leave with your dignity and head held high.
You catch my drift.
Thank you for dropping by and for engaging with my post.
