What’s the trait you value most about yourself?
Appreciation that my happiness, wellbeing and mental health are my first priority and my responsibility first.
I love to make homemade meals for myself and loved ones. I am happy when I am able too and so I do so often.
The whole process is relaxing from experimenting on the cooking and the joy eating tasty food.
In addition to pampering myself – manicure, pedicure, hairdo, long shower water therapy, etc. I do for self as often as I can.
Most importantly, I try harder to be sensitive to those who bring negative energy and to remove myself from them and those spaces – physical and/or virtual.
As I wished for me, I wish you ability for self-love♥️
