How can you build a regular fitness routine?
My goal is to fit in some of my clothes I like which no longer fit.
My goal is to reach a certain size that I think I feel I liked better.
When I hesitate in the morning to do my belly fat targeting routines I remind myself of the goal.
When I hesitate in the morning to do my thigh fat targeting routines I remind myself of the goal.
The desire to fit in my favorite clothes, once again seems working as a motivator.
And besides I have begun to notice the benefits.
The routines liven my mood and feeling of good health. And so I do.
