The family of Hilda Mable Baingana and George Mugisha Barenzi are in mourning. Their daughter, Georgette Mutesi Mugisha, has died at a tender age of only 28 years. Georgette passed away on Thursday, 15th June 2023.
The late was the granddaughter of the famous late Mrs. Erina Baingana, mother to Hilda; and of the retired civil servant and businessman Mr. John Barenzi, father to George.
The Barenzi family has shared the following programme for the final send off of Georgette:
Today, Sunday, 18th June 2023, there will be a requiem mass at 06.00 pm at the home of Mr. John Barenzi, the home of the late’s grandparents, in Entebbe that is located at Plot 97 Circular road.
Tomorrow, Monday, 19th June 2023, at 03:00 pm, the late Georgette’s cortege will arrive at the home of her grandparents in Entebbe, where another requiem mass will be held at 06:00 pm; and as well as the official vigil.
The following day, Tuesday, 20th June 2023, Georgette’s cortege will proceed to Sacred Hearts Catholic Church in Bugonga in Entebbe, where a funeral mass will be held at 09:00 am. Thereafter, Georgette’s cortege will proceed to the Barenzi family burial grounds at Seeta-Nazigo in Mukono where her remains will be laid their final resting place.
Dear Hilda, Dear George, words fail me to express how sorry I am for your loss. Knowing how strong you are in your Christian faith, I pray the Holy Spirit watches over you and strengthens you to grieve and as you grieve the untimely death of Georgette.
May Georgette’s soul find eternal rest, I pray.
