What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

Since I was advised about it, I have adopted an overly cautious strategy to distance myself from those with negative energy towards me.

I guard my spaces, even online, and do my best to clean out what and those that I consider triggering for me emotionally.

It is a constant struggle. In some cases I find my self drawn in and wanting to engage with  that and those I shouldn’t.

Then if am lucky my self censor will kick in and I will either clean my message as I engage or abandoned the urge to engage with that or who will undoubtedly consume me.

I like to read when I can. And to travel to places and enjoy other people and cultures through books. It thrills me to connect with humanity that way and it nurtures my soul.

As I struggle to nurture my thoughts and thought processes, I also make every attempt to eat well. Good food and mostly that which I slowly prepare at home.

When I get to share my homemade meals with friends and loved ones it gives me a boost in my spirit too.

In a nutshell seeking out positive energy that reinforces the knowledge that I am whom I am and I belong.
