What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

As I make it and as I drink my mourning coffee, I reflect on the happenings of the previous day and find ways it could have been worse.

It helps to refocus me on the good I can take away from it to use to ensure I don’t let the bad steal my joy.

So, for yesterday, even though we had to do a trade, I am grateful for my legal teams that are fighting tooth and nail for me to get justice. Overall, the good triumphed.

As for today, I am grateful that years back I was able to install a decent solar system. So while the evil ones ochestrated the theft of my electricity metre and power cable, it could have been worse if I didn’t have a solar system at all.

It will be a good day today. I will not let them steal my joy🌞

  1. People write about drinking coffee more than wearing pure gold chains, but the irony is that coffee producers are not always richer than gold producers.
