Her legacy lives on

“Inspiring hope in everything”

The Foshe Foundation memorialized her.

The McMaster Alumni Community remembers her.

In Ateso, the language of Iteso, the fourth larges first nation of Uganda, her name, Mamkiror, means “nameless” or “without a name.” The irony of the nameless one, unforgettable, who lived her life significantly touching lives.

I never met her here on earth. I got introduced to her online. And am wowed!

I didnot meet you here on Earth but I’ve seen you through the works and impact of FOSHE in Uganda. U’ve been an inspiration especially to us the young people in the medical profession. I, in particular pledge to join the fight and see you live everyday among the people we work with. Rest in peace Dr Freda
