I honestly think that among the Vice Presidents of Uganda in the recent past, Her Excellency Jessica Rose Epel Alupo, retired Major of the Uganda People’s Defense Forces, has played an overt and visible role more than her predecessors.
She has severally and ably represented Uganda at presidential level not only in-country, but globally too.
